Vancouver, BC – This year’s U10 Tennis Development Centre (TDC) Cup took place November 2nd at the UBC Tennis Centre. There were a total of five teams with four Tennis Development Centres represented – Hollyburn Country Club (HCC), Richmond Country Club (RCC), North Vancouver Tennis Centre (NVTC) and two teams from The Tennis Centre (TTC).
We would like to thank all players who participated in this event and all the spectacular coaches who came out to support and help the players. It was a great day of tennis featuring singles and doubles competition. Each game won counted towards the player’s overall team score as one point. The winning TDC was Richmond Country Club who closely edged out second place team, NVTC. Congratulations to RCC players: Amy Shen, Rachel Wu, Nathan Lai, and Alden Yu on a great day of tennis. A further congratulations to RCC Coach Helen Kelesi, who coached the RCC players and kept them on track during their matches.
